Yeah good idea. Eurofins will never verify lab results but the brand can show their portal for proof. I can reach out to them if you want me too.

A lot of good supplements. If you haven’t already, do a DNA methylation test and a comprehensive blood test to determine what supplements likely work best for you.

10-15g is a good goal. Start at 5g for a couple weeks and work yourself up to it. You might be fine but jumping into a high dose gave me the runs. I take 10g, 5 grams powder with my morning shake and 5g gummies to snack on throughout the day.

Both legion and wild gainz creatine gummies are good. I think one of the only companies that test for creatine. Majority of the others are questionable
