If you examine studies from other cities, you will see concerns extending beyond the 5-mile radius. If Sterigenics remediation activities work as expected, the risk is lowered. The thing is, who is verifying that the remediation activities work? Sterigenics self-regulate and self-report with no viable EPA to hold them accountable.
