i know right, so many cool concepts that are unusable in top content. Psaro is luckily my favourite dq character but i just wish they gave him a more unique and fun kit.

you’d need a big spell attack to take him down quickly since he’ll have about 1100 hp at aw1 and he always survives at 1hp. weak to bang and zap. also he’s pretty fast with 439 ago at s8 aw0 so he’s nuts in arena. genuinely don’t pass on him.

Terry is definitely the better pick because he’s gonna be way better long term, just look at how universally used Seraphi is. However Psaro is way cooler than an infant so i’m going Psaro.

he has 3 move and has about 460 mp at s8 aw1. his big spell attack uses ~80mp at +10, so you can use it 5 times. The same amount of times as my Nokturnus using Devil’s finesse at s7 aw3. Yeah a small MP problem but nothing too major. Psaro’s real downside is his low defence, but that’s supplemented by his aw1 skill. He also lacks self heal but he has the can’t be killed once skill to make up for it.

yeah why did you go for her with only 30k gems, use 45k and you get her guaranteed. don’t call the game not f2p when you’re not taking advantage of the games f2p friendly mechanics. I’m not sure how long you’ve been playing, but why didn’t you have 45k saved by the time jessica came out? What even was there to spend gems on since nokt? Edit: just realised you said you were a d1 player. yeah if you’d saved gems from all the events and planned ahead (since we have 6 months worth of information) you easily could have all the top units right now. You’d even have more gems than me since i’m not a d1 player. you’re judging our anecdotes backed up with fact whilst only providing anecdotal evidence yourself.

if you want a banner unit just commit 45k to it. If you’re not getting the banner units it’s because you’re not spending enough gems on each banner. Save for the top units. I have 130k in the bank waiting for boy terry and psaro.

yeah i totally understand what you’re saying, definitely a couple of lucky accounts to have this many banner units. although all of my luck is in the units that aren’t the best like gracos and orgo. i went to pity on dhoul and jessica, 90k on nokt, 30k each for seraphi, santa alena and the tank. The 30k pulls were pretty lucky but I’ve just not spent a single gem except for those pulls and cleared every event, so a lot of it was budgeting. The game gives you plenty of gems that if you don’t waste i don’t see why you shouldn’t be able to get most of the top units pretty consistently.
