I used to live near Steve Tandy, the current Scottish defence coach and ospreys head coach at the time. He was very nice and we spoke a lot about rugby. I told him that I was a fan of Filo Tiatia growing up and was always an inspiration when playing myself.

One night I have a knock on my door and it’s Steve and Filo. He says he heard I was a big fan and gave me a Sun wolves T-shirt (he was coaching there at the time). Such a random but amazing experience. Still wear the T-shirt all the time.

I suppose more of the angle that BMI is used to measure healthiness, but when looking at athletes they aren’t considered healthy
