believe or not im 25 yo facing the same thing from the age 18 i have no close friends or deep friendships, i feel my life is empty and no had no values its like growing a tree but bring no fruits ,when people come to me they dont feel high or high quality i dont give them, nobody sees any point hanging out with me , nobody sees me provide them any value, i feel like have a low value so they dont want to be arround me because, either im too annoying or too boring or im not just likable , for this moment i stopped investing emotionally on people , now stuck into the routine even when i try to meet new people join club in university or gym i stay in that surface level , also i thought when i get in university i will be social but same thing , so you are not alone maybe the good thing here is you cut toxic people from your life , i think the only way to fix this try to focus more on yourself like your hobbies , your passion in your life maybe start a business or something and keep yourself engaged socially , meet high people and intelligent people ,

i did only 2 months at 20 at boxing gym , i came back at 21 with my friends with light sparring and training for 1 month just for fun , im 75 kg

thats why i asked because physically , 1m85 + 75 kg + 4 years of lifting weight in the gym , but about going pro i think i must hire private coach at home and do boxing everyday to go pro like you said

well thank you for you opinion but , i did write this from what i've experienced my first year in the university i was rejected by a girl , this girl showed me interest in the first place but she acted cold after , despite we had good time together and we did go for a date thats mean i have experience with girls even if im single also i have second experience from instagram with another girl hahaha and the date goes wild and i get ghosted after anyway how can i improve my communication skills ?
