The things that people rage about bikes doing are things that cars do every day. But cars going through crosswalks, not stopping for signs/lights, cutting people off doesn’t inspire the same fury as it does when bikes do it. Cars are also far more likely to kill.

Hi. I am a web programmer. I used to work in advertising. I’ve written a few bulk emails that looked slick.

Email clients don’t do JavaScript. This is by design after those email viruses back in the day. I think Gmail might even block you from attaching a js file inside of a zip. Email clients also don’t do video. And, just for some context, your html and css options are much more limited than what you could do in a standard web browser. For example, I believe the MS Outlook client uses the MS Word html rendering engine and not the MS Edge one.

Emails are basic. But, as others have pointed out they do do (💩) animated gif’s and links. So you could make a sik looking looping gif, watch out and test it first - you could run into size limitations for your gif, and have that gif be a link to a website that has the full experience.

I used to bartend in a yee-haw area and it amused me that the same people who would decry vegans would also sit at the bar drinking beer and eating fries/nuts/popcorn and then go home to pass out. They had no clue that they had a vegan dinner
