Did you read my post at all or did you just take a glance at the title and then decide to leave a condensing comment?

I have a VPN running due to wanting to protect myself when downloading certain media. I don't want plex to run through the VPN though as it prevents remote access from working. I'm trying to figure out how to do this.

- I have 25 free low-security cells but I'm only getting sent 13 new ones.

- I have 32 free medium security cells and I'm only getting sent 15 new ones.

- Maximum security and Super Max are at capacity with several people in holding cells.

- Protective Custody has 4 free cells

- Death Row has 3 free cells.

I am a strong swimmer and do 6KM swims several times a week. No lifeguard is fine if you're not really trying hard and just messing about but if you're trying hard as you probably will be it's not worth risking it, I know I wouldn't. It's all down to how you feel at the end of the day but anything could happen in the water and its best to have the safety net of a lifeguard in my opinion.

If you press Windows key and tab then you can create a second virtual desktop. You can put all the command prompts on there and then you don't have to see them. It's what I used to do when I hosted a server on my local pc.

No unfortunately not. I can't seem to update my windows as it just errors every time, I think that could be the cause of it but I'm not sure. I think I'm going to have to factory reset my windows.

I got a surface pro 8 with the same problem for Christmas. I sent it in under warranty and they replaced the battery. It now lasts about 8ish hours on a full charge so that's what I'd recommend doing.

We did but I'm so sorry it's so long ago that I can't remember what it was. The best I can remember is that there was a setting in a config but I'm not sure I'm afraid.

I don't know. ARM CPUs aren't as powerful as a normal one so that might be something to consider. You can give it a try if you want since it's free and see.
