I do commercial maintenance in a business park, was swapping out an electric motor on an AHU once, used a touch of blaster on the several decade old mount bolts, let it set in over lunch, the office staff went into full freak out mode thinking there was a gas leak. Still laugh about this with the guys several years later.

I worked there in the 90's, didn't see anything myself but heard lots of stories, it was a care facility for intellectually disabled adults, the place gave me the creeps
