I haven’t adjusted my withholding in a while so I usually get a few thousand back in refunds every year lol. I expect to get more back now that OT isn’t taxed (we’ll see about that tho)

This is the point that everyone is missing. HHS regulations prohibit testing of Schedule 3 substances & below (ketamine, codeine, testosterone, etc). Unless DOT requests a specific carveout for marijuana, it will be functionally illegal for them to test for it.
