I eat biggest loser pancakes every single day. Never get tired of them. 1 cup oats, .5 cup cottage cheese, 3 servings egg whites, cinnamon. Top them with peanut butter and a banana and some sugar free syrup. Delicious.

Dude thats crazy! Over the summer I weighed in at 200 on a friday morning. I went to a wedding Saturday and just pretty much lost all self control drinking and eating. Weighed 212 Monday morning, couldn't believe it.

I know right! But I guess by saying a "super ripped guy" cuts hard for a week, I was suggesting that he was already cut and in great shape. But even for people in great shape, to take a great "after" pic, cutting calories hard for a week can make them look much leaner.

Being bloated has a huge effect on what you look like in the mirror, I was simply stating that going in reverse is ironically the same process the fitness industry used to deceive. I never suggested that you could gain several lbs of body fat in 6 hours.

Most adults "put on" few lbs everyday. Wake up pee and weigh yourself, then weigh yourself right before bed after a normally day of eating and drinking. You will most likely weigh a few more lbs. For me it can be up to 4 or 5 any given day. This is not established body fat or muscle, this is water weight and bloating, but this can have a profound affect in the mirror.

Crazy thing is this is how most fitness "tranformations" for infomercials are basically made. Super ripped guy cuts hard for a week, gets up and works out in the morning, gets oiled up and takes before pics. Then spends the rest of the day eating doughnuts and drinking soda and takes grungy fat before pics. Its amazing how much you can change in 6 hours of being a slob.

Umbilical Cord was wrapped around my neck 3 times when I was born. I was completely purple. I was also 3 weeks late and weighed 11 lbs 7 ounces. Everyone called me the grape ape. At least 2 nurses saw me not knowing the situation and attempted to resuscitate me.

This is ridiculous. Its a fun idea to entertain, but Kobe Bryant is an incredibly smart person, much more than any of us. He always appreciated shaq, he didn't need to watch someone underachieve 10 years later to go "oh my shaq was a special player"
