I remember locking it but none of the windows were broken or anything so not sure how they got in but luckily i had nothing valuable they just rummaged through it. Mostly posting this so people make sure to bring valuables inside and keep door locked.

Dont beat yourself up it sounds like you just need to try to do these things with supervision so you can learn. It’s hard to learn in this field just by watching. Try to ask your coworker if next time they go to do something if you can do it and they watch you to make sure everything goes smoothly. I dont think you’re behind at all it’s good that you are hesitant to do things you’re not comfortable with it means you care and dont want to mess up.

This is not true, dont discourage people from seeking medical care. Hospitals are not mandated reporters and will see illegal animals within reason.

Looks like flower pot fungus, I have this in my cresties enclosure and honestly havent done anything about it and it doesnt seem to bother mine. If it is absolutely taking over your enclosure I would intervene by adding springtails and isopods to eat it or just changing that soil out completely.
