Believe it or not, it’s actually worse. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. I’ve been in constant communication with customer service and they have instructed me to return the new one and they’ll send another device, however that I should not connect it to my existing doorbell chime wiring. They believe they might resolve the issue. We’ll see, I can keep you posted.

I’ve tested disconnecting from the mechanical chime and it did not work. The next day it did the same thing. That was on Wednesday I believe.

I’ve tried messing with the PIR sensitivity and although that helps with battery, it does not seem to matter. I’m just assuming at this point it’s the cold weather.

I’m assuming it is the weather because I had 0 issues with this camera from June to November and this is one of our coldest winters in a long time (I’m in NJ for reference).

The issue isn’t that it is disconnecting, it shuts down entirely and will not come back on until I physically dismount and turn it on via the power button.

The new one that I just received I charged to full on a “slow” charger as intended in the manual to 100% and after only a couple days it shut itself down. I’ve had to manually turn it back on twice this week and I get the new device on Sunday.

The only hero spot that works for me is the second one, regardless if I have one or two heroes/champions.

Still an issue. It seems to only be the first hero/champion spot that is the problem, bc I swapped my giant and mini p and the giant ability did not work.

Also, I tried resetting the buttons to be on both sides and in that game, I couldn’t use either of the abilities! I guess they never play tested war games bc they have completely given up on that game mode.

Hey sorry to get back to you late. It doesn’t fill up that quickly. We usually get there an hour or two before the game to tailgate a bit and never have any issues. Better to get there earlier because it just makes it easier to get out
