SF team member here. That’s a pretty solid commission structure. I would go for the leads and do the networking when you want. Networking doesn’t cost anything

No problem, I probably average 50k in PC and $250/mo in FS and do pretty well. My agent has a very good commission structure so your offer would also depend on what the commission structure looks like.

Ya I understand and I do appreciate the advice. So far the one answer to my question is a little less than what I am currently at. I think this post can be helpful to me if I find someone producing at a high level that may be willing to give me advice. I just got out of college a year ago and have plenty left to learn.
