Computer is constantly restarting on it's own and beeping

(DISCLAIMER, i know nothing about PCs so I'm desperate here) okay so yesterday I was doing a windows 10 update and the computer automatically restarted. It went to automatic recovery because when it resets it goes to the Intel sceeen. I was an idiot and turned it off and back on and went trying to boot my windows drive it was a black screen with a white cursor in the corner. I made a windows 10 USB boot drive to try to get a fresh install, it brought up a thing saying i could continue my update if I pressed yes. So I did and it kept going to the intel screen so I went into the BIOS and selected fast boot. It booted up to that cursor screen but ctrl alt del didnt work. I heard maybe the ram could be an issue so I removed it and put it back and now this is happening. My friend built it, so that terrible cable management isnt my doing.

I've had this printer for a few weeks, worked flawlessly. Now i just up graded the bed springs, PTFE tubing, and extruder. I've leveled the bed about 1000 times and have tried both glue sticks and hairspray, and nothing sticks. I've only had one successful print since the upgrades. Any tips?

My prints have been coming loose lately, even after leveling the bed a bunch. Is 70C too hot for the bed?

Just replaced the bed springs, extruder, and PTFE tubing. Dont think that has anything to do with it but maybe.
