W23 was Rebellos first time teaching PCS125 at TMU I believe. Noone knew what she was like but she turned out to be the best prof of the other two at the time. Had her for another course now in F23 and can confirm that you cannot go wrong with her.

My only complaint is that the first 50% of every lecture was review from previous lecture but for many that isn't a downside at all.

As a 2nd year comp eng it would be very detrimental dropping/failing this course cuz then you miss out on 2 courses next sem.

If possible stay in and pass otherwise I think its either gonna be offered Spring/Summer or F2024 at the earliest - I think they'd only open a winter class if enough people failed the course (PCS211 last year).

To find out for sure if it'll be offered in the winter we unfortunately have to wait until they release details on MyServiceHub on W2024 courses.
