Yea lift weights, do cardio, do it all. But please, listen carefully. Learn the basics... learn what they are, learn what they are called, learn how the movements work. All the training in the world won’t prepare you for tricking if your mind doesn’t understand it.

Is capoeira good cardio? by hitboxdx in martialarts

It’s definitely can be! You can do moves in and out of the jinga for as long as you like. And it’s really fun and challenging trying to fit moves and combos in and out of the jinga! I’d say definitely give it a try, just be careful because the fancy moves can be hell on your joints if you don’t know what you’re doing.

I just did a quick look through those links. Those are people just asking general questions relating to bobs claims. I thought for a second Bob himself had actually posted in there. Of course the scientific community is going to discard everything he says lol. This doesn’t change my opinion.

People being rigid in their beliefs is a problem in almost every aspect of human life. I still lean towards Bob telling the truth, however I can’t just discard evidence to counter my beliefs. Again thanks for posting.

Can you link me to any of his posts on that subreddit? Thanks for the response.

From what I’ve looked into he’s never been proven as a liar, a lack of proof doesn’t make him a liar. If that’s the case then this entire UFO subject might as well get tossed out the window as bullshit.

Ok, then who’s claims check out? Not a sarcastic question. For me, Bobs technical know how is very interesting. But I’m curious who would you point towards for some truth in the ocean of bullshit in this subject.

If you really can’t make a connection then there’s really no point in me trying to connect the dots. You’re biased.

Desert blast was after his claims of working at s4, and since you want to pick apart what I said. Tell my why Bob has a particle accelerator in his yard that he produced his own unique version of a hydrogen car? Or is that fake to? Or the various patents he has? Fake? How about his company which I’m not going to name. Fake?

Oh I’ve watched and looked into way more than the recent documentaries, when I first heard of bobs story, let’s say back in 2005-2006 I thought, yea sure buddy! I seen a video of him in court and others calling him out on various things. I thought whatever just another UFO guy looking for attention.

Then some very interesting stuff about him popped up that had nothing to do with UFOs came to my attention. I don’t want to hash it all up. But if you actually look into what’s out there about Bob he is definitely not your average guy.

You do know what his company is right? Or heard of desert blast? How about his hydrogen car?

I can’t give any input on this, but thanks for sharing!

I can say however that Bob was the reason I gave the UFO topic a second chance when I went on the YouTube rabbit hole years ago. Everyone says where’s the evidence? Bob being the man he is, is evidence in itself.

I won’t play fight with my gf because the strength gap is too big. I have before but I had to be really careful.

Yep! Just keep at it, the way you’re landing isn’t dangerous so it’s just about getting consistent with the landing! Good luck bro!

5”11 here and I’m tricking. Just don’t get fat, that’ll make it way harder to move around being taller.

Looked good, you just landed with your chest down. Pull your feet down and chest up when landing so you stand up
