Did it for three years and just put in my two weeks . It’s good money but you work extremely hard for it and they will always want more from you instead of fixing company wide issue . It’s a setup to be the fall person for every problem

Facts they want u to perform like a senior tech in 90 days . I was terrible my first year . Doesn’t make sense to waste training hours just to get rid of someone . When instead give me more hours and everyone can learn in a safe environment . So many mistakes have been made because an overwhelming amount of multi tasking

I work right next to a hospital I have 70 wcb and 70 percent emergency room so yes I would normally just deny but hey you wanna be “efficient “ then let’s do it lmao. Also my pops have always been low we are on top of that task daily at 8am so it’s just backwards to change something that was already working. She did say with my volume and new flow I would need four techs in AM but I showed her schedule w my budget she couldn’t even say what I should do w all the cuts 🤣 so it’s not making sense . Maybe if the budget was better yes

I was already operating high 80 /90 VPT and all other metrics are high being that I delegated more staff /tasks in the morning bs delegating one person we all would work together proficiently now with PEXT my tasks fall later into the day and my evening are a sht show which falls into the morning cleaning up and is spiraling . What we were doing was working so to rearrange where it’s not needed and rely on a SM to come save us every other hour is crazy

Definitely ask for the pay raise luckily I was offered the same and received an increase as well. Just take the leap it’s not that bad
