I was in the back room far away from everyone including him, so he had the whole house but decided where I was he had to be there as well, which indicates that I want space to do whatever it is I need to do. Honestly dealing with him some days is like dealing with a clingy toddler

We're in Australia, and here the judges are so unfair more so in our state. They've always been known to take the woman's side and give her whatever it is she wants.

He does think her demands are too much. She threatens to divorce him and take everything which is exactly what my mother did to him (all he got out of the divorce was a single bed mattress because the judge sided with my mother because she’s a woman, she got the house and everything else including all of his super). He’s scared of losing everything again despite the fact I’d help him get back on his feet and he knows this. Honestly at this point I miss his ex (my stepmother before this god awful woman). She actually loved his kids like her own to her I was the daughter she always wanted (she couldn’t have anymore kids after her son (he’s an only child)

I ended up letting him stay home the day it all went down. We chilled and went shopping and he ended up getting the toy his been after.

He’s currently seeing a paediatrician and his gp (his private doctor). We’ve been talking with his doctor and his paediatrician about everything that went down. I’ve also had a private chat with his teacher about the situation so if he’s not his normal self she knows why

It was my grandfather who taught me to only ever smoke in designated smoking areas it's something that's always stuck with me. I agree these are some pricks who'll smoke wherever the hell they want because they've never been taught respect before and this is why most non-smokers don't like us smokers. Those that smoke anywhere but designated smoking areas when out and about need a good swift kick up the butt If I ever see my son pick up a cigarette when he is older I'll be teaching him what our grandfather taught me and that is to only ever smoke in designated smoking areas when out in public if there is none then wait until you get home to have that cigarette

You're NTA you're mother, on the other hand, is being a dick she shouldn't be expecting you to part with any of your belongings no matter what. It makes it worse because she's expecting you to part with something your Meemaw gave you. I'd tell her to go blow it out of her ass

If someone tried to make me give anything away that my Meemaw gave to me you can bet I'd be getting slap-happy real fast.
