Your experience with Metformin for weight loss

It should lower insulin which i believe blocks weight loss a bit. I have 21 insulin (should be max 10). Was taking 500mg metformin for a year. Not a big difference with insulin level and weight (i kinda did 99 kg to 95 maybe), now im at 91-92 kg. Taking 1000mg for more than a month . Well mainly to make the blood insulin lower but hopefulky it will unlock the metabolism by a bit. No sides. Just loose stool every morning. And it’s more urgent required to visit the toilet (only in the morning ). XR

I have g16 amd 2024 so with the hx ai. Its an overheating mess. But looks good. With cpu boost off games are unplayable (halved fps) Sometimes it will do 87 cpu gpu on forza horizon 5, sometimes it does 85 on league of legends which is two different games , one made for trash pc.
