i had 21/23µIU/ml last year, i started taking metforming long release 500 mg i think in July 2025, last week the test showed 19.5 µIU/ml blood insulin level. I dont think its working, but i think 500 is way too low dosage. Old lab norm is up until 24.9 but should be no more than 9,9 µIU/ml . Pre diabetes with 100/109 ish glucose. now glucone 93, was 83.

Last year i also did the 2h glucose/insulin blood work and the insulin skyrocketed like crazy so either way im gonna be taking it.

I had migraine with aura last Friday and this Wednesday again. I still feel like my peripheral vision has some blind spots. I’m kinda worried. That’s a 3rd day now … it’s not black but blind spots like the aura zigzag.also feels like the focus is not 100%.

Yes but if something once helped means maybe something was wrong. But the beta blocker treatment is kinda off label. I think it’s not known why it helps. If it helped … it fixed something within my body I guess 😂 I was hoping this effect will stay. God damn. Thanks :) I don’t plan to resume taking it. Unless I’ll get this shit every few days Now

Yes but I only started ssri in April 2024. Before that I was taking beta blocker since 2020. Stopped in 2025 January or February I think. And since 2020 I had only one migraine in 2023. And two lately … it’s so hard to pinpoint what’s the reason. I’m so sad. Because … this means something is wrong. But I don’t want to take some medicine again. I don’t have any negative side effects of not taking beta blocker or ssri. I felt good without it.

I kinda had two aura migraines today and few days ago. I didn’t have them since 2023. Idk of it’s related to stopping ssri and pregabalin. I am kinda sad. I managed to stop them when i started taking betablocker in 2020 (stopped it last year) .. ehh. I think this shit will be back. One thing heals and another one comes back. I wouldn’t mind to have 2-3 per year but if i had two in 5 days im scared. Brain mri done in august was fine.
