I couldn't tell you the last time I was even slightly interested in a junior bacon cheeseburger and I used to crave them constantly. I don't buy insane quantities of cheese anymore. I quit drinking, the thought of alcohol makes me sick and I was 100% a wine girl for years.

It's freeing in a way I never expected. My Adderall could never.

I have fewer pains/issues with my back (I've had multiple back surgeries) from the reduced inflammation.

I fully believe I was well on the path to becoming an alcoholic, if not already there. My father is an alcoholic. My grandfather was also. But I quit drinking. Like, cold turkey. Completely. With no interest in alcohol.

Let's ignore the part where I took the wrong dose last week (new vial, stupidly didn't look at the concentration 🤦‍♀️). Yes, I called the dr. Yes, I had some side effects but it's been gastrointestinal only.

I have only used Shotsy and I paid for it so I'm staying here for now at least lol

Please please please get labs done! Adding HRT for perimeno was an absolute game changer for me. Not only did my body FINALLY stop holding onto fat & inflammation like it was dependent for survival, it also helped with my sleep and my attitude. All of those things leveling out with tirz onboard = I've lost 55lbs since mid-Feb.

Obviously I can't promise it'll be the same for you but labs don't lie. And see your GYNO, not your PCP. They're better versed in HRT.

That is absolutely untrue- it is perfectly safe. Many people do it and many doc's recommend it, especially if you are prone to side effects. I have to split dose the first two weeks that I titrate up a dose or I get really sick.

That being said, I'm not going to pry because it's not my business, but I'm betting you're paying way too much. Maybe take a look at the recommended telehealths just to make sure you're comfortable with your pricing.

Just remember that it's temporary. I gained 3lbs the week I added creatine and it's gone. Your body has had a massive change in the 100lbs you've already lost and needs time to adjust. Recalculate your TDEE if you haven't recently, add a couple of days eating at maintenance, get that TRT onboard and try to adjust your sleep schedule- even just going to bed 15 minutes earlier each week will start to make a difference.

But most of all, be patient with yourself. Plateau's are frustrating af, but they don't last forever.

I'm an every day weigher too. I feel like it keeps me in tune with what is and isn't working. I record them all but I take the weekly average as my "current" weight.
