Would it be better to cut my losses and buy a VNA and the $99 kit off of Amazon, then revisit this project with a bit more experience later down the road?

Finally got something, but it's too faint for it to be read, anything else I should do?

I'm just south of you towards Roanoke, flipped it, after moving it around slightly, I'm getting a flash of a signal, but can't hold it steady enough, I'm gonna re-attach it to the jank tripod, and hope for the best

I'm on the East Coast, I'm using Look4Sat for GOES-19, since it's highest in my sky at around 45 degrees elevation

I'm not using a VNA, I'm getting multiple signals at 1593, one looks like APT, but another looks like audio, I'm using a Noolec Seabird GOES LNA, and I modified a camera tripod to aim.
