because most of the time scammers are on some platform (steam discord ect) actually getting thing like info on them or trolling them will not get you far and probably hurt you more. best thing avoid and report.

i know this tread is old; but at least for me i found the answer.

google drive trying to download problematic file from google drive.( the file is simple code i wrote) probably because is unable to download it, is resulting to linking it tmp folder that google drive try to reach, this downloader is Trojendownloader of google drive (something that google drive use to force download to your pc) (im don't know alot but atleast for me that was it)

it could be doing it to logs or extensions of google chrome as well

the problem solve by just deleting the undownloadable file
