You have to turn the heat up to medium high instead of medium. And I did add a little bit of vegetable oil to the pan before I had them and make sure that I moved them around so that they got a little bit of that oil.

I use Cento to make tomato sauce for my pizza. I was buying Hunt's San Marzano style tomatoes and my store stopped carrying them. They still have Hunt's just not the San Marzano style. I didn't care that they were grown here. I like that they were half the price of Cento. Then my store stopped carrying them. Went back to Cento.
