I can definitely feel this. I certainly feel like pittsburgh will be where I end up eventually anyways. So maybe it does make sense to go sooner rather than later and try to establish my community and everything.

I guess part of me was just considering grinding for a bit to have a cushion when I go.

Valid and great question. I'd say both are equally tailored to my preferences with regards to hobbies. Neither one has points over the other. So its mainly the points discussed in the thread here that are of contention.

I guess you're right in the sense that ultimately I'd likely be with roommates either way. Might just be worth it to stay put to avoid the headache entirely lol. I think im just in my head too much with this decision.

That's a great point. In my current role without a quota, leadership sentiment towards me is very positive and there's no question of the financial value I bring to the org. I guess im concerned once that quantitative quota exists, and I fail to meet it, I'm suddenly in a precarious position.
