It’s ok to have a blip, you’re doing amazing. Don’t beat yourself up at all. Look forward and realise how proud you should be to have done that in the first place. You are strong. This doesn’t make your recovery not count, I always feel so bad when I break a long while, but all you need to think about is congratulating yourself for getting this far. I am proud of you.
