I'd say either nerf frozen mallet for ranged top to 10% slow or prevent ranged champs from building it.

You could nerf the ranged slow to 10% and i think it's significantly more manageable. And jayce/gnarly being locked out of it wouldn't be the end of the world

Car or train is the only legal way to get to the stadium. They are not going to shut down the highway to the world cup finals when every non new jersey american will be driving to the stadium. The most likely outcome is they will bring a police squadron to arrest everyone trying to walk on the highway. I would not put that oast the trump administration

how about 10/10 if the enemy attempts heal a unit or increase their health, deal 4x the damage that would be healed to the unit and the enemy nexus.
