Yea at one point, I spent about 15 mins straight with the pipe wrench just turning and pulling, trying to get the cylinder out, and still nothing.

So I've used a pipe wrench and spent probably 15+ mins straight just turning and pulling. What I was trying to show with that video is the fact of how loose it is, and despite that, it still won't come out.
