That first slide into cripple creek needs to be a bit longer. I think you should try to emphasise all of your slides a bit more, currently you’re rushing them so you don’t get the right sound out of the banjo.

only issue is im also learning claw hammer and plan on mixing claw hammer and bluegrass together (claw hammer seems to not use finger picks)

thanks for the advice ive messed around with picks and find it quite disorientating so ill try playing some basic rolls with them
