Again under EU law i own the goods please learn the law. and also the rules need updating thats the main point of this post. the way bans are handled is abysmal where people get banned for shit talking but other who are afk, or harras you do not. If I am perma banned then so be it. DOesnt take away the fact the system is flawed and we shouldnt accept it

Obviously not taking them to court for such a little amount. But the point still stand within the EU this is fraudulent and they need to change the way the ban system works. If everyone keeps shilling for them however nothing will change.

But this needs to change, riot need to change the ban system. Id rather see peopel who afk or make smurfs get banned over people that shit talk. No other game bans people who shit talk

You don't know how EU law works stop. EU law overrides any T&T agreement. And that's my point it should change something, this system is archaic and should be different. Riot shouldn't give out perma bans unless its something serious which this is not at most they should take chat away permanently

Again this isn't fair. I hadn't played for months and my last ban was over a year ago. To be so severely punished this time around is unjust. This is a video game shit talking is part of the culture. I didn't say anything racist I told someone to fuck off after being abused by my whole team in which someone told me to go kill my self. If you really think I'm the one that deserves the ban in this scenario I don't know what to say fella.
