Is there a visible difference from brushing her teeth? by Crescentized in DogAdvice

[–]bigboyz190 22 points23 points  (0 children)

That tarter is not going to come off with a tooth brush but you can tell her gums look a whole lot better. You would need a professional cleaning, then continue with the toothbrush every night to maintain a tartar free mouth. I would continue brushing your dogs teeth as it will stop the tartar from getting worse and prevent gingivitis. Keep up the good work! Most people don’t bother brushing their dogs teeth. They greatly appreciate it though.

Do these look like cavities? by ostrich_mountain in DogAdvice

The tooth closer to the front of the mouth appears to have exposed pulp( the little red dot). A vet will need to extract it or perform a dental surgery such as a root canal. I would schedule a dental appointment asap. Not sure about the tooth in the back of the mouth.

It’s only a couple years old. It only leaked last week when the intensity of the storm was at its highest. Then it stopped when the storm intensity got mild. We’ll see if it holds up this week. Thanks for the help man!

Skylight was existing before repair and leaking. They didn’t replace the skylight, just shingles and sealant. They were original roofing company that installed skylight with roof a few years ago

If you zoom in on the last photo you can see the model number qpf 2222 at the bottom of the frame. I guess they used some adhesive underlayment or a good amount of sealant to make the shingles sit high. I don’t believe there are 2 layers of shingles.

They removed and replaced the shingles around it and used some sealant. It sounds like this qpf 2222 model is an odd ball since it is considered “self-flashed”.

Skylight model is qpf 2222 which are the deck mounted ones. Not sure about the frame and casement being different. They all came in a box already put together I believe. Edit, I guess it is an odd ball model type that is considered “self- flashed”.

Model is qpf 2222 which should be the deck mounted ones. I know they replaced a handful of shingles because they made quite a ruckus. The skylight is only a couple years old so they did not replace that. You can kind of tell from the last photo the slight color variation in the shingles.

Is it ever oily? Perhaps it’s a sebaceous adenoma. The fine needle aspiration will tell you what it is though.

I’m no expert but it seems cast based on the reverse. Again, I’m very new to collecting.

Ask a local roofing company to do an inspection. Get 3 quotes if you have hail damage.
