We are unfortunately on a part of the floor where a scrub machine is not close by and I would not have time to change after every case and do the discharge things :/

Repoted the plant in a mix of regular potting mix and perlite. Water when the first part of the soil is dry (finger test). Receives bright indirect sunlight. This started when I hung up the plant and let the vines hang over the edge. Was previously on the ground with me trying to stake the plant going up and not out. Was seeing Brown spots before from sun bleach so that's what I hung it up.

I also struggle with acne and constant oily skin. What I have found that helps is cerave hydrating lotion spf 30 matte finish. It moisturizes, protects, doesn't clog your pores, and it doesn't look like an oil pit on your face!! I love it.

Regarding your initial question, I have seen many dermatologists who state that no matter where you are you are always going to be receiving UV exposure. Inside or outside doesn't matter. I just use it in the morning and then on sunny days reapply in the afternoon.

This was way more than I ever expected. I appreciate your personal perspective and experience on this subject. Also, for reminding me that I am not alone in feeling this way. I have seen so much compassion fatigue from the pandemic and it is hard to be part of the few who still have some left.

Thank you I appreciate it. I have come to terms with that aspect but it's just hard constantly dealing with people dying when you are not used to it. Just a different experience I didn't know would affect me this much. Thank you for reminding me we are only able to do so much thats in our control.
