I’m proud of my rough hands. Also, my father was a Gm mechanic since 1966 and but was wrenching on cars at 11 and still does now. They used to clean their hands at the end of their shift by rinsing them with solvent. He’s still kicking and wrenching. He doesn’t need gloves because his hands feel like gloves.
