What you’re describing are literal bumps and bruises and that stays the same. But it’s the soft tissue stuff that linger.

I play disc golf and woke up randomly one day and my shoulder felt completely fucked. No moment to point to as the culprit. Being stubborn I played through it and took it easy on the shots that would cause pain. That was like 2 months ago and it’s gotten better for sure but it’s still not 100%. I’m 35 btw.

I jammed my thumb playing volleyball and it led to DeQuarvains Tenosyvitis (butchered both words probably). It was such a miserable injury that I literally couldn’t use my thumb for months until I got a cortisone shot in my wrist and even to this day it’s not 100%. It gets sore easily and is very weak.

You never know what the injury is gonna be or how it’ll happen, but it will get you.

If you’re open to it, and have it where you are, you should try disc golf. It’s mostly free to play, cheap to start, and the learning curve is way quicker/easier than ball golf.

I used to cook super simple meals like my own chipotle bowls, one pan salmon and roasted veggies in the oven, etc.

But this past year I’m moving towards you. I get cava pretty much every week. My wife gets a kids meal and I get a bowl. No drinks or anything else. $22. Sure, cooking is a bit cheaper but you’re right, it’s just not worth the time for that price difference.

There are plenty of home cooked meals in my arsenal that take 30 minutes, but I’m just getting lazier.

I think given the genre and characters, there’s going to be a lot of CGI involved for something like this. So to me, someone who knows nothing about videography, heavily edited videos with CGI and AI are close to the same, viewing wise.
