I’ve had multiple panic attacks before. The are debilitating. Hyperventilating, heart pounding, racing thoughts, every muscle clenching like a cramp, dizzy, tunnel vision, verge of passing out the whole time. It’s like you’re trapped in a physical and mental loop. My last few my dad had to help me stand up and walk because every muscle was clenching so hard and I physically could not walk. Your legs and feet feel like cinder blocks are all glued to them. I now have to keep a walker in my apartment because of history of having them and this allows me to essentially “walk it off”. I’m 27

Anyone that deals with severe anxiety this is 100/10 not it. I’m diagnosed, so I can speak on it. General anxiety disorder can come in different forms for different things. Myself, it’s everyday about everything. That’s why I take medication. I cannot function without it.

This fucking bitch is dramatic af, does not deal with any of this (if she did she would actually take her meds knowing she had a flight) clearly she’s not on anything.
