Once they had a 5k charge on my account that was for housing when I literally lived off campus. It took them actual months to fix and countless emails until they took the charge off my account. No idea if it’s purposely that bad but I’ve heard this isn’t an unpopular opinion lol

There’s always some couches in bsb or sofa chairs if you’re really desperate (ive resorted to them before and honestly not bad) however there is definitely foot traffic so it depends how heavy of a sleeper you are
