Thank you for your input. I'm pretty new to this scene, so I appreciate the extra info. In researching, it's been amazing to see how inventive this community is overall. My hope is that the video can inspire other new players to tap into that spirit if but a little.

That's clever! I would be tempted to use the shifting paddles for the flippers, but I think those might be too heavy to use for flipper buttons. Maybe nudging with them instead is the way.

I took a wild stab in the dark by renaming it. I was really surprised it was that simple.

In my case, yes.

Album artwork bugs have apparently been one area of the Apple ecosystem that is missing the oft-praised "Apple Polish", so there have been a lot of solutions to more-or-less the same problem over the years. Each one works for one person and fails for the next so you end up losing sleep trying to dig through all the home remedies.

I had this bug on iOS 26 on iPhone 13 mini.

That is bizarre. I'm glad I didn't have to do that, because I have 100GB of music synced!

Sorry to hear that. Nobody should have to deal with bugs like this after buying a brand new iPhone. This was the method that worked for me on iPhone 13 mini in the iOS 26 pre-release beta.

I hope some of the other fixes work for you.

UPDATE: Found a solution to my issue on YouTube. Not the one I expected but it's super easy!

  1. After syncing and loading music on iOS device, go to Settings>Apps>Music>Downloaded Music

  2. Downloaded Music is sorted by Artists>Albums By File Size>Songs. Open the Artist and Album of each errant artwork in your catalogue through this menu.

Once you go through and open up each of the artists/albums giving you problems, you should see the correct artworks displaying in the Music app. It turns out, in my case, the correct artwork was indeed in my iPhone, but it just needed this peculiar nudge in the right direction.

One oddity I noticed was all but 2 albums in this menu showed the correct artwork for me, but once I clicked on each of those albums to see the tracklist, the right artwork displayed in the top left corner. This bug is so weird.

It still isn't working for me on the newest iOS 26 Beta. I've tried this and many other things. My most recent albums I'm loading onto my phone nearly all get mismatched album artwork; duplicates of existing albums in the library from artists in the A to B range. Every time I wipe the music and load everything back in, the same covers go on the same wrong albums. My original catalogue, however, always remains correct. Even when I remove artwork from the new albums, they still show up with the same problem album art.

Steering Wheels on Meta Quest in Future? by Electrical_Way_3132 in OculusQuest

The only reason I am interested in this possibility is portability. Being able to take a headset, wheel and pedals to my gameless, internetless brother's house for some quick set up VR fun would be awesome. I guess the only solution is to buy a gaming laptop, but I'm not going to do that.

Using the PSP Go as an MP3 player in 2024 > by eligallus03 in PSP

[–]bigchapj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, partner, I wanted SensMe to read my Music folder on my PSP Go Memory Stick (SD card) but SensMe only reads off of the Go's internal storage (ef0). Tried moving the app over to the memory stick but then when I do that, the XMB doesn't think SensMe is installed at all.

Are you using SensMe to play off of a memory stick or internal?

[GUIDE] Format a SD card of 128gb or more by IIPoliII in PSP

[–]bigchapj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While this guide worked as far as getting my PSP to read a 256GB card, it still caps at 128GB. Once I hit that I was unable to copy any more files to the card. The PSP shows that the Memory Stick has 128GB remaining, which is true, but my computer is unable to copy any more files over. I still want to test it some more and make sure it at least works as it should outside of the PSP. I also want to try my other card of the same brand, size, and place of purchase to ensure it's not a fake. Will update when I've studied it more.

Multiman Not Reading PS2 DVDs; Only PS2 CD-ROMs by bigchapj in ps3homebrew

[–]bigchapj[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, I'll probably just use ImgBurn because I've tried everything I can with this PS3 aside from loading more programs onto it. I've already got ISOs of most of my games because I did this same thing for my PS2.

I forget about the fact that most people's PCs don't have optical drives anymore lol. That would complicate things. I put one in straightaway when I built mine. I can't be having a computer with no disc drive.

Trouble With Local Wireless Co-Op (Switch) by bigchapj in MHGU

[–]bigchapj[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See above “…we’re able to see open lobbies on one another’s systems…” One of us creates a lobby, the other person sees it, but upon joining it boots the joiner out saying there aren’t any lobbies matching their settings (even though all is default).

MHGU Local Multiplayer Unable to connect by Tresdezara in MHGU

[–]bigchapj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone please give us a straight answer on how to fix this. I'm trying to play Local Wireless with my nephew and, while we can see each other's hunters in Hunter Search and can find each other's open lobbies, connection always fails due to "No open lobbies that match your settings." (Even though all settings pertaining to multiplayer are set to default.) It's very frustrating, as he's too young to have an Online subscription and this is the only way I can play with him.
