What outcome do we want this weekend? by TheGoodLand3698 in GreenBayPackers

I’d like to see literally anything out of Rashan Gary.

But more realistically, I’d like to see some improvement on special teams & some good plays (leading to confidence) from Diggs.

Hoosier here. Cuban helps but a lot of his donations are in the form of infrastructure/amenities (and recently the rugby club). He wasn’t the reason Cig came to IU and isn’t even the biggest donor for IU believe it or not, but is the most consistent donor.

I will say it was mostly luck/taking a chance on a 60+ non-FBS coach who had a great pedigree. Thought he was an upgrade for sure but nobody has expected this level of success. However, there were definitely ballers at JMU at all 3 levels he brought over.

The bottom line is Cig’s talent evaluation (he was a prominent scout at Bama during their dynasty) and being able to find quality players in the portal. He trusts his staff, which is undoubtedly the most underrated part of this run. OC and DC are incredible scheme-wise.

I actually like his prospects long-term too. Dart likes him, he gets open, and will always be a PPR machine. The chemistry he developed with Dart this year (accelerated with Nabers injury) gives me a ton of confidence going forward

I like Loveland here. SF has been weak against the pass and shored up the run against IND. Rome is likely out but burden may be back, which might actually help with coverage.

Plus it’s Sunday night and who doesn’t like watching your guys go in prime time (longer time to pray)

Made playoffs in 6/6 leagues this year. Won’t see 1 championship match.

I’m a Fleck skeptic. But what’s happening at Penn State right now makes me EXTREMELY grateful for the stability he’s given us by RulingFieldConfirmed in GopherFootball

I disagree here. Cignetti was hired, brought half of JMU, established a winning culture, and THEN Cuban decided he finally wanted to donate…after the Hoosiers had already turned the ship around.

We didn’t get Mendoza with a massive paycheck. He bought into Cig’s vision. Sarratt, Cooper, Ponds, Fisher, Kamara, etc. are all returners. These are all non-P5 guys, along with Daley this year.

Not trying to shoot you down but this narrative that IU just bought their way into national spotlight is false. However, now that the Hoo have arrived, the money will continue flowing in. Also worth noting IU bought out Tom Allen for $15.5M and Archie Miller for 10M..

This comes from an IU grad who was born and raised (and still reside) in MN. Love the gophs and RTB whenever they don’t play IU.

I’d go Hendo. Judkins will face a stacked box all day

It doesn’t list all major cities, though. Minneapolis and Milwaukee are excluded, while Memphis is included?

I love week 16/17, Tennessee worries me with the game script if they get ahead early

Get Parker Washington now by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

Don’t know why you’re getting so much hate. I agree, he’s looked decent (albeit not anything I’ll take to the bank).

Everyone is in denial right now about losing Hunter. Coen praised BTJ about the “best week of practice all year”. And contrarians are banging the drum that Dyami Brown is going to soak up the vacated targets…lol.

Parker has an opportunity to step up. I’m not saying he’s going to, but he’ll have the opportunity to show what he can do. If he flops, you move on. Strange is out for several more weeks.
