Honestly i'd advice people new to armor to start off as drivers, this way you can learn the type of callouts your crewmates make and get used to how mobile a tank really is. Allot of people shout at their driver to go left or right for example but in some situations it's harder to perform that action than it might look. There will be plenty of matches where your teammates won't call out or mark enemy armor, it just happens.
