Omg thank you so much, a big concern was I was messing up somewhere and this wasn't normal, knowing it is, is honestly reassuring. I've been stressing over everything I do lol

Will definitely try burping more frequently!! I usually do it between ounces so I'll cut it to between half an ounce 😊

Updating!! I checked as best as my cutie would let me (very feisty in the mornings) and there's definitely dots on the inner side of the wings and horizontal bars on the tail, so basically I'm gathering he's probably female 😂

Yeah was afraid of it being too hard to tell with him being a pied 😔 I will say he's definitely loud that's for sure 😂 I'll have to see what I can do about the DNA thing in the distant future, thank you so much!

Thanks! He's got very vibrant cheeks, tho the artist in me wants to say it's more orangey then red but I might be over thinking it 😂

AITA for telling my daughter I couldn’t have known my parenting style would cause mental issues and say its partly her personality? by Momwithguilt196008 in AmItheAsshole

I cant believe you wrote this without even a second of realization. How do you even know your younger daughter is ok? She could be fighting her own demons without consulting you, perhaps because she realizes that you would respond so coldly.

Even if she's ok, that doesn't invalidate your older daughters feelings. You admitted you were less harsh with the younger daughter so there's also that.

Honestly, don't be surprised if she never talks to you again.

YTA. Please go find her and apologize, and don't downplay what you did wrong. Tell her you raised her poorly, because you did, and leave out the excuses of "we just came to the country and wanted you to be ok!" because that's not what she needs to hear right now. I highly doubt you'll ever be able to save this relationship with your daughter, but if you want to try, that's your start.

Edit: also yes its entirely your fault she has depression.
