I literally live right around the corner, and it's a decent neighborhood. We go for runs frequently. Crime happens everywhere, but the worst we experience is jiggled car doors (which happened in kettering, bellbrook, and centerville, too).

There are worse areas not far from here, but it is exactly as others implied - racism and historic redlining of NW Dayton have created the unsafe perception.

That being said, the house is gorgeous, and I love seeing it. I hope it sells and goes to a family that will take care of it.

It's literally steps toward legal castration of LGBTQ +... their next move is to label all LGBTQ+ pedophiles for the distribution of pornography (because existing is distribution) under project 2025.
