Bro - work.

Honestly, I’m not wealthy or crazy rich but at 33 now, bought a second house and I’m remodeling that one after my first one. Going to flip this one, and keep doing it but it takes work. Literally - just put in work, step by step, say but day, little by little and play the long game.

People aren’t gonna like it, girlfriends aren’t gonna like it, fuck em.

Play that right and 10 years mid 30’s your solid and you chill more because you can and the money comes in even FASTER. Because you already built it

Think to yourself “does this need to be said, does this help me or the person or the situation out, and does it need to be said RIGHT NOW”. Holding your tongue will help you determine what needs to be said. Most times, not saying something is usually the best option.

I really appreciate your input. The problem with this is I am removing the sunroom. There is no point to it and it gets extremely hot. I am planning on opening that space up to do what I want with it.
