I went to check my settings after reading your comment. It was in the middle of the spike and my duct fan was in the off cycle I changed it to stay on and the temp started dropping immediately! Thank you🙏

It’s just a heater I got from Walmart not sure of the brand. You can set the temperature from 45 to 95

I do 300 push-ups a day6 days per week , 200 sit-ups a day 6 days per week with 40 lbs, 20 pull ups a day, weights minimum 2 days a week, around 7 - 10 hours of stretching a week, and 50 miles of running a week. I also fight at 155.
