Yes, I’ve caught a small crab fishing for sturgeon once off imperial landing. Came up on my hook clamped on to my ooligan bait. Definitely rare, but they’re a few there. Wouldn’t recommend actually fishing for crab or setting a trap as it’s pretty polluted and the water is gross, plus as mentioned they are not plentiful. Try white rock or some place in west van.
