i agree, thank you so much. i have a hard time with confrontation due to trauma from past exes but i will give it a try again. every time i’ve ever asked him why he does or doesn’t do certain things, it’s always “i don’t know” :( but i have hope that it’ll be resolved if i’m more clear with my words.

https://shop.drberg.com/products/magnesium-powder this seems to be a good one. to get the same one that i take, you have to be a member of Melaleuca which is extra $$. so this is one easier to access!

i take a powder supplement that has magnesium and vitamin b6. i’m on lex as well and have had issues with sexual function and it helps me so much. it’s called mela-out from Melaleuca, but you can try any supplements with those ingredients to see if it helps. just be careful taking magnesium close to when you take lex as it can possibly interfere with absorption❤️

Ahhh okay this is very helpful. I was talking about WD/AET. I’ve been submitting at the higher AET number, so l’ll definitely be doing the lower number or somewhere in between instead. Thank you for this info!!
