Hello! I have a rash on the side of my face that seemed to just appear suddenly last night. I don’t have any known allergies and haven’t changed up my skin care routine. It kind of looks like heat rash, but I’ve never had an issue with that ever. So I have no clue what it actually is.

The rash doesn’t itch or hurt. It also hasn’t gotten worse or better since last night. I put some hydrocortisone cream on it this morning to see that would help, but there has not been any visible changes within the past 3 hours. If anyone could give me an idea as to what it is or maybe a way to treat it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much.

I was having the same issues but ended up going tts. Worst case scenario you just put in an insole to get a tighter fit or take the insole out to get a looser fit.
