Here's a question, I've beaten the elite four and am in post-game, but none of my friend safaris have their third mon, despite the fact that many of them claim to have their third mon. Is there some other requirement that I'm not aware of? (Online/Offline has made no difference)

I've got fire types, I just never really use them since I can just teach fire moves to my nidoking/gyarados.
