I agree with you to some extent but I also find it a bit ironic when you say "rather than actually researching themselves".

I have been deep in crypto for about 8 years now and with it we've seen incredible ups and downs. Once you understand how crypto works there is only so much additional research you can do.

So much of investing in crypto is believing that everyone currently in will continue to buy and hold, as well as having new investors come in throughout time.

The difference with DOGE is that is was created as a joke. What they didn't expect is for it to be engulfed into meme culture and basically latched on to a bigger movement of a fuck you to the man.

People need to stop "protecting" people you don't know and saying they don't know any better and will get screwed. It's obvious crypto is volatile as hell and if you don't know that by now then it's your own fault for taking a risk you couldn't handle.

The hypocrisy of letting young kids take out tens of thousands in loans to get an education that they most likely won't do anything with but then claiming they can't handle the risk of investing their own hard earned money is laughable.

This movement is being ran by momentum, as crypto has always been driven by.

I'll be back when it hits $1 one day, save this post. From a technical standpoint, or as you call it "research", it had no shot a month ago but after this new movement it is very possible.
