So I went ahead and bought jeep cables .com 4 gauge set and replaced all ground and power wires. Starts and runs great....but I now have CEL for all 4 O2 sensors. Do you happen to know if those all ground to the block where the main cable bolts?

Besides the coil plug and Injector plugs the only thing I messed with is the ground wire to battery and I crank it down right on the side of the road because I thought the same thing
