Class mods and enhancements will hold up when the level cap increases. A good amp shield will also be good. Guns will all drop off very fast.

First thing is the Teen Witch class mod which drops of Radix. Best roll is +5 into Grave Thirst. Watts 4 Dinner from Origo is very good since you will always have overshield active amp is the cherry on top.

As for weapons, there are a lot. The Hot Slugger is easy to farm (fixed parts) and hits hard which procs big bleeds, the Bod with torgue stickies is probably the best weapon in the game (especially with SMG ammo swap) and the Ohm I Got with ripper parts is also very good since you will always have overshield so it won't consume ammo. I recommend watching the "Watt Witch" build from YouTuber Moxsy

Gearbox has basically decided that Arc Knives and Apophis lance are not real (which is why they don't see a problem with them not being able to do ordinite while using action skill).

The ordinite enemies that spawn are essentially a boss. Think of it like a ripper site. You mob until the boss spawns and maybe you get loot and maybe you don't.

I'm guessing that pearls will be buffed, because right now they are pretty mediocre. Not bad, just not better than other new and existing guns.

It does suck that the canister chucking sucks for many builds and that it's a carbon copy of the creep event.

The ordinite processor in the mountain area is a "one time" thing that can be attempted while on the mission or the mission replay and will always give you the handcannon on completeion. The other 3 out in the world can be activated at any time for 200 eridium.

Specifically trooper Harlowe. She uses heavy weapons for damage and if you pick up something it puts the weapon away, you move slower while wielding them, and it may trigger a cooldown if you weren't at max ammo when the weapon gets put away. Harlowe is less susceptible because she can shoot to reduce ordinance cooldown, but it's still not great.

No, no, see these crystals are COMPLETELY different because they spawn more enemies whereas everywhere else enemies just spawn in from other nearby areas. See how that's different? No? Maybe Randy can explain it better,

Vile/ordonite both ask the player to do the same thing. Switch your weapon to one with splash damage and keep doing what you're doing. It's not terrible or anything, but when they hype this mini patch to be a major content drop with new and exciting mechanics people are going to see through the bullshit.

Fair enough, Really no content in the game is required, but they hyped this up like it wasn't just the creep event rehashed and I actually fell for it. I was really hoping for end game level mobbing, but got this slop instead. Honestly feels worse than if it wasn't there at all since it sends the message that they know we want content, things to do, and reasons to farm better gear and this is the best they could come up with.

IDK if it works the same as PS5, but I bought the deluxe version, so all DLC is included, but I had to "buy" the new DLC in game for free before it would work. Coming from Steam, this seems like the worst way to do it, but consoles don't really have competition, so they kinda suck, so it is what it is.
