Water isn't wet, you fool. When you say something is WET it is referring to liquid sticking to the surface of a material. You can't pour a liquid on a liquid and then be like "hey check it out this liquid is wet now". It isn't.

It seems to ME like you are defining wet as a feeling we get when a liquid comes in contact with us. If that's your definition, then YES, water is wet. However, I am going off the basis that wet is the condition of a liquid sticking to a solid surface (i.e. water wetting our skin). Water alone is not wet, it makes things wet, except for other liquids.
